What you'll be doing
Lead all phases of study management: Planning, Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout
Gather customer requirements and translate into internal deliverables
Develop study documentation, track equipment, and manage data archiving
Monitor timelines and financials (budget reviews, forecasting, scope changes, invoicing)
Identify and mitigate study risks; escalate issues as needed
Foster collaboration and effective communication across internal and external teams
Present study services at meetings and support client interactions
Assist with onboarding and training new team members
Ensure compliance with required training and documentation
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management
1–4 years of project management experience, ideally in pharma or clinical research
Knowledge of the drug development process
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and responsive to client needs
Valid passport and ability to travel up to 20%
PM Certification as applicable
