As a (Freelance/Interim) Project Manager at realworld one, you will be responsible for driving the successful development and delivery of complex customer projects. In this role, you will oversee project planning, resource coordination, and risk management while ensuring clear communication with internal as well as external stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions will be key to keeping projects on track, meeting expectations, and maintaining high standards of execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own, lead, and deliver highly complex enterprise customer projects
  • Coordinate resources, create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery in alignment with company standards and client expectations
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the project
  • Anticipate risks and mitigate potential challenges by implementing practical solutions to keep projects on track
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Economics, Management, or a scientific discipline
  • 5+ years of customer-facing project management experience in software, digital or IT
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects of varying complexity to enterprise customers
  • Proficiency in creating risk mitigation strategies and managing escalations to ensure project stability
  • Experience working in cross-functional, international teams
  • Solution-oriented "can-do" attitude and strong problem-solving skills, even under pressure
  • Background in science, medical or pharmaceutical industry, or experience with VR/XR/MR would be a plus
