Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead planning and execution of medium to large cybersecurity projects, often involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders across different regions.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and project teams.
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership through regular reporting.
  • Facilitate project governance, including status meetings, documentation, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Oversee vendor coordination and manage third-party deliverables as needed.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

  • Strong project management skills and experience in managing project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required (or highly recommended).

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 

Typically 6 to 8 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications.
