Organizer Of Awesomeness: You’ve excelled in a project management role for at least 3-5 years. You can drive agile projects in your sleep. You can manage a Jira board with one arm tied behind your back. You can oversee marketing projects from the idea to launch while staying on time and on budget without breaking a sweat. A typical day might include
- Meeting with project coordinators to bring new projects to life.
- Supervising project workflow with Jira.
- Meeting with key stakeholders to ensure our resources are being wisely managed.
- Creating and optimizing project process/life cycles.
- Staying in touch with colleagues using a wide range of software programs.
- Making sure our Google Drive folders are in tip-top shape.
- Reviewing company-wide workloads and making adjustments where necessary.
- Collaborating with your friendly coworkers in various departments to ensure projects are on track.
- Identifying, assessing, and communicating project risks to c-suite executives.
- Working with external contractors to ensure key projects stay on track.
- Creating Gantt charts to manage our project schedule.
- It’s not 100% necessary, but we’d love it if you had some online digital marketing and e-commerce experience.
