ROLE OVERWIEW: 


We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex data and migration initiatives within our online payments ecosystem. This role involves managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance data integrity, compliance, and scalability across global payment platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Plan, execute, and oversee data migration and transformation projects across multiple systems.
  • Coordinate with engineering, data, and business teams to ensure smooth migration processes.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report on key milestones to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and payment industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in data migration methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech or online payments.
  • Proven track record in managing data migration or system integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level).
