You’ll take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure implementations stay on track, risks are managed effectively, and customers get the best possible value from their IRIS solution. Projects can involve multiple products, workstreams and stakeholders, so you’ll need to be comfortable bringing structure and clarity to complex delivery environments.

What will you be doing?

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects, including complex or high-profile projects.

  • Work closely with customers to understand their priorities, requirements and desired outcomes.

  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.

  • Coordinate internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and delivered effectively.

  • Proactively manage customer expectations through clear, consistent and timely communication.

  • Identify potential challenges early and take action to keep delivery on track.

  • Ensure projects follow agreed governance, quality standards and delivery methodologies.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting and CRM records.

  • Provide clear visibility of project progress, risks, issues and overall delivery health.

  • Support smooth and professional project transitions and customer handovers.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong experience managing projects from end to end, ideally within software, technology or another complex delivery environment.

  • Experience delivering Payroll or HR software implementations would be highly desirable.

  • Confidence managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior customer stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm, organised and decisive when challenges arise.

  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships.

  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing project documentation, governance and reporting.

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across Consulting, Product, Customer Services, Sales and other internal teams.

  • A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent would be advantageous.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Impact: Your work will influence millions globally.

  • Growth: Continuous learning and career development opportunities.

  • Belonging: A culture that celebrates diversity and empowers every individual.
