Role Summary

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-value projects. You’ll be the trusted link between clients, partners, and internal teams ensuring projects run smoothly and meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on medium-large scale projects with confidence and clarity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency.
  • Champion collaboration across diverse teams and disciplines.
  • Ensure compliance with NEC contracts while keeping projects on track and within budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement and encourage innovative solutions.
  • Act as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and resolving issues.
  • Support Senior PMs and Project Directors in wider project delivery initiatives

About You

  • Experienced project manager with a background in Utilities, Renewables, or Infrastructure.
  • Skilled communicator who values teamwork and inclusion.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts and project governance.

Many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance or security assurance levels.
The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of security clearance or assurance level for this role, in line with client and sector requirements.

In some cases, additional nationality or residency criteria may also apply due to specific client or national security obligations.
