The team partners closely with Transfer Agency Services (TAS) and Fund Distribution Operations (FDO) to drive the evolution of their operating models, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with regulatory requirements and client expectations. This includes managing change related to product innovation, distribution, regulation and platform transformation, while supporting the development of robust oversight and servicing frameworks. The team plays a central role in enabling GFDS to deliver on its strategic priorities through coordinated, outcome-focused change execution, working across business, technology, and external partners.
