Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Lead project execution by facilitating collaboration across stakeholders, tracking delivery against agreed milestones, and proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies to achieve project objectives.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
- Act as a customer and partner advocate, ensuring solutions meet or exceed expectations.
- Identify and support opportunities to improve processes, reduce time to revenue, and enhance implementation efficiency.
- Maintain full ownership of project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and meeting minutes.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers to ensure project success.
- Ensure adherence to organizational project management best practices and support audit preparation and compliance activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
- Facilitate workshops, lead stakeholder discussions, and support resolution of project risk, issues and stakeholder conflicts when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning, risk management, and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, PMP, Agile Project Management certification, or equivalent project management qualification (desirable)
- Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
