Lead cross-team software projects: build plans, translate product goals into clear deliverables, run ceremonies, manage tickets and resources, coordinate external partners, track status, drive production issue resolution, and improve team processes and quality.
What you'll be doing
- Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact
- Partner with Product to translate their ‘Why?’ into a ‘What? Who? How? and ‘When’ in a cohesive plan
- Where initiatives span multiple internal teams, the Project Manager leads cross-team collaboration, driving alignment and ensuring coordination
- Coordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessary
- Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap
- Project-level resource assignment and scheduling
- Holds the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement. In areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality, the Project Manager identifies and drives process improvements
- Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders
- Run all team ceremonies and meetings
- Drive resolution of production issues
- Have a keen attention to detail and be proud of their product
What you'll bring
- Must be based in EU timezone
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams in an scrum framework
- Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience in working with UI/UX teams
