FINN Partners is looking for a Project Manager who will create project plans and ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and up to high standards. As a key player, you’ll manage client expectations, gather feedback, and collaborate closely with the Account team to ensure the success of each project.

Where will you work?
This specific role will be based out of our London office. Whether you’re working from home or in the office, you’ll have consistent 1:1 check ins with your manager, reviews, and culture-building opportunities to connect with people across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of projects and communication.
  • Delivers professional & friendly interactions with client & team.
  • Act as a communication hub for project team, partners, vendors, and clients.
  • Produces clear, concise, organized and actionable written documents and correspondence, both internal and external. Including but not limited to QA, updating status documentation and time reports.
  • Adept at problem solving and/or knowing who to go to for help.
  • Understand the client's business and project management systems
  • Ability to use agency systems and follow established processes and workflow.
  • Schedule and attend key touch-point meetings, both internal and external. Ensuring the team is prepared with a call agenda and additional required information.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a project manager in an agency setting or comparable is helpful.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
