Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AV Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AV and video collaboration projects for major global clients. As an AV Project Manager, you will manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of AV installations—ranging from meeting room upgrades to enterprise-wide deployments. You'll coordinate with top-end clients, engineers, subcontractors, and EOS internal teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
    • Lead the full lifecycle of AV projects, from scope definition and budgeting through execution, testing, and closeout.
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and resource allocations.
    • Conduct site readiness reviews, surveys, and ensure pre-installation requirements are met.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery.
    • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather technical requirements and manage expectations.
    • Provide regular project updates through meetings, reports, and status dashboards.
  • Technical Oversight:
    • Work closely with AV engineers, designers, and installers to ensure design adherence and installation quality.
    • Review schematics, room layouts, and BOMs to validate scope and technical accuracy.
    • Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and certification of systems upon completion.
  • Team & Vendor Coordination:
    • Manage internal resources, subcontractors, and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
    • Monitor and manage vendor performance against scope, time, and quality KPIs.
    • Ensure all team members are clear on roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Financial Control:
    • Track and manage project budgets, procurement, change orders, and cost reporting.
    • Ensure timely invoicing and documentation for commercial transparency.
  • Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensure all project activities adhere to EOS safety standards, client policies, and local regulations.
    • Maintain proper documentation and compliance records throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Essential:
    • 3–5+ years of experience delivering AV infrastructure projects in a client-facing role
    • Proven track record managing multi-site or global AV deployments
    • Strong knowledge of AV technologies including Cisco, Crestron, Biamp, Zoom, Teams, etc.
    • Familiarity with structured cabling, room acoustics, and network integration
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
    • Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira)
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings, floorplans, and AV system diagrams
    • Flexibility to travel as required for project delivery and client meetings
  • Desirable:
    • PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification
    • CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or equivalent AV certification
    • Experience working within multinational environments and with cross-functional teams
    • Understanding of global deployment models and AV service support frameworks
