Project Manager

We are looking to add a ETRM/CTRM Project Manager to our Customer Success

team. This role is responsible for working with internal project teams to efficiently

and successfully implement our software for new or expanding customers.

The ideal candidate for this mid to senior-level position will be a leader who

knows how to analyze a problem, put together a plan to address it, and then

bring together a cross-functional team alongside customers to make it happen,

on the required timeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of the Molecule product for new customers that

deliver on customer goals and project timelines

• Understand why customers use Molecule, how customers can model their

business in Molecule, and how the implementation process ensures that

customers get the most value from Molecule

• Build, refine and maintain a project plan within our project management

system

• Plan and lead customer meetings that effectively move the project forward

• Navigate the Molecule organization and bring appropriate cross-functional

resources to assist with specific stages of the implementation

• Keep internal and customer team members aligned on status and timelines

through meetings, email communications, and managing the project plan

• Ensure that scheduling, communication and documentation are all looked

after diligently to ensure a smooth, low stress and high quality process

• Report on project status to leadership team and PMO; adjust time and

attention dynamically to address any projects that need extra support

• Work with other Project Managers and leaders to develop, share and

implement best practices for project management across all Molecule

teams and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• 8+ years of progressive experience in some combination of finance,

strategy, commodities, CTRM and management

• 5+ years of experience in project management

• 3+ years of experience in consulting

• Experience in trading (of any type), or especially energy / commodities

Industry

• Structured and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience leading cross-functional teams

• Strong initiative, results driven and ability to work with little direction

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Comfortable with an unstructured and rapidly evolving environment

• Ability to prioritize and make effective decisions under pressure
