What you'll be doing
Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact.
Partner with Product to translate their ‘Why?’ into a ‘What? Who? How? and ‘When’ in a cohesive plan.
Where initiatives span multiple internal teams, the Project Manager leads cross-team collaboration, driving alignment and ensuring coordination.
Coordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessary.
Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap.
Project-level resource assignment and scheduling.
Holds the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement. In areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality, the Project Manager identifies and drives process improvements.
Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders.
Run all team ceremonies and meetings
Drive resolution of production issues.
Have a keen attention to detail and be proud of their product.
What you'll bring
Must be based in IN timezone
Fluent in written and spoken English
Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing teams in an scrum framework
Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience in working with UI/UX teams
