About the Role
This position works closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams to coordinate and deliver cross-functional projects within defined scopes.
The role focuses on supporting effective project planning, maintaining clear and well-documented deliverables, and ensuring progress is tracked and communicated consistently. Responsibilities include helping manage timelines and risks, escalating issues as needed, and keeping work moving with structure and reliability. Project plans and tracking are managed in Asana, while documentation, decisions, and project knowledge are maintained in Confluence.
Essential Criteria
- 3+ years of project management or related experience
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, well-structured updates to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple teams with competing priorities
- Solid planning, organizational, and time-management skills
- Experience identifying risks, surfacing issues early, and supporting follow-through to resolution
- Comfortable managing project delivery in Asana and maintaining documentation in Confluence
- Ability to support stakeholder alignment on timelines, responsibilities, and expectations
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining project momentum
- Self-motivated and effective in a remote or distributed team environment
- PMP or other project management certifications preferred, or demonstrated working knowledge of standard project management practices
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or product-led organizations
- Experience contributing to digital transformation or operational change initiatives
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
