What you will do
- SAN Solutions Adoption & Industrialization- Drive end-to-end adoption and usage of SAN solutions within project and rollout organizations, including:- Intelligent Deployment for new FASs- Artificial Intelligence driven efficiency initiatives- Global Services Catalogue Zero Touch Integration- Ericsson Site Integrator- Visual Intelligence- Instantaneous Licensing- Automated Software Upgrade- Smart Rollout Support- Ericsson Customer Acceptance- Network Predictive Planning- Other digital tools within the SAN portfolio- Ensure smooth integration of these tools into existing delivery processes and KPIs.
- Transformation Program Leadership- Lead digitisation initiatives across multiple customer units (CUs) and key accounts (KAs).- Identify pilot projects, secure buy-in, define scope, and execute pilots with SAN / CU teams.- Validate results, gather feedback, refine workflows, and drive scaled implementation across MEA regions.- Track efficiency gains, measure savings, and ensure delivery of the business case.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management- Engage proactively with Program Directors, Rollout Managers, CU leadership, and internal SAN teams.- Address concerns, remove adoption barriers, and ensure strong buy-in at all levels.- Provide training, documentation, and communication material for wider rollout.
- Governance & Reporting- Develop adoption roadmaps, rollout plans, and status dashboards.- Conduct regular governance reviews with senior management.- Monitor OKRs/KPIs including Lead Time reduction, Intelligent Deployment and SAN tools usage, business case achievement, etc.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose digital solutions to address them.- Ensure continuous improvement of automation workflows based on real-time field challenges and stakeholder feedback.- Collaborate with global and central SAN teams to influence feature enhancements.
What you will bring
- BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in Telecom Network Rollout, PMO, Transformation Programs or Automation Initiatives.
- Proven track record of leading digitization or process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in multi-market or regional transformation programs.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent Project Management Certification is a plus.
- Experience working with automation tools, network rollout platforms or OSS/BSS systems is a plus.
- Experience working with Ericsson's deployment processes, integration workflows and network acceptance frameworks is a plus.
