Department Overview
CRFS, a global leader in Radio Frequency (RF) technology, was founded in 2007 to innovate in spectrum monitoring and geolocation. The company focuses on manufacturing and designing advanced hardware and software solutions to detect, monitor, and analyze RF signals in complex environments. This expertise has proved crucial to various sectors, including national spectrum regulators, the military, and security and intelligence services. Today, the company’s technology is recognised, preferred and embedded in most NATO countries and deployed worldwide. CRFS’ mission is to continue pioneering sophisticated technologies for complex challenges in the RF spectrum domain.
The projects team manage cross-functional projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality RF technology solutions on time and within budget.
Job Description

Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including but not limited to:

- Leading project planning sessions and coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors.

- Define and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.

- Track project performance and report progress and KPI to stakeholders.

- Facilitate communication across engineering, product, and commercial teams.

- Ensure compliance with company processes and standards.

- Profile and manage resources across multiple Engineering projects.


Basic Requirements

- Successful track record of delivering complex Engineering projects to specification, time and cost into Production.

- Experience of project management best practice: risk management, compliance management, configuration management and earned value management

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

- Professional Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).

- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

- Experience working in RF, defence, or embedded systems industries.
