Lead a provincial managed print vendor procurement across multiple health authorities: run current-state assessments, gather requirements, support RFP creation and evaluation, manage vendor Q&A, assist negotiations and contract transition, monitor vendor performance, and produce procurement and project deliverables.

Role Summary
The client is seeking an Expert-level Project Manager with experience in:
- Healthcare environments
- Procurement and RFP management
- Managed Print Services (MPS)
- Vendor selection and contract negotiations
The PM will lead the provincial managed print vendor procurement initiative and coordinate stakeholders across PHSA, FHA, VCH, IHA, Island Health, Providence Health Care, procurement teams, technology teams, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & RFP Management
- Lead current-state assessments.
- Gather and consolidate requirements.
- Develop the Scope of Work.
- Support RFP preparation and vendor questionnaires.
- Coordinate evaluation criteria and scoring processes.
- Manage supplier Q&A and evaluation activities.
- Support negotiations and contract discussions.
- Assist with approvals, award, and transition planning.
Managed Print Services Expertise
- Analyze print environments for optimization opportunities.
- Reduce print costs and improve efficiency.
- Evaluate print suppliers and service providers.
- Support SLA development and contract management.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of recent experience in:
- Procurement
- RFX/RFP processes
- Project Management
- Stakeholder consultation and facilitation
- Experience managing:
- IT infrastructure projects and/or
- Healthcare/clinical projects
- RFP initiatives

- Managed Print Services knowledge
