What will I be doing?

You will be a part of an Agile cross-functional team within Kaluza’s Energy Retail platform. You will champion Quality and best testing practices at every stage of the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis, through developing new features, to proving the solution is ready to be released to our clients.. 

You will be working with other Quality professionals to ensure that End to End testing is automated and that regression tests spanning multiple teams are up to date. Most of your work will consist of automating tests for our APIs and backend services, with little UI and manual testing.

About You 

Ideally you’ll have/be:

  • Experience automating test suites for APIs in TypeScript or Javascript.
  • Experience with API testing.
  • Experience of software quality assurance lifecycle within Agile methodologies.
  • Able to maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and pipelines.
  • Experience with exploratory and other manual testing types.
  • Working with developers to review automated unit/integration tests. 
  • Focused on continuous improvement of quality processes.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and client support, to ensure test coverage is met for all types of testing.
