About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our online gaming products by identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. You will work closely with developers and product managers to maintain high standards of usability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in software applications.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues and provide feedback on features and usability.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure that existing functionality remains intact after updates.
  • Participate in design and code review sessions to offer QA insights and improve overall product quality.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and provide ongoing support to help identify and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices in QA methodologies.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, life cycle, and automation tools.
  • Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail).
  • Familiarity with web and mobile application testing, particularly in the iGaming industry.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of programming languages or scripts (e.g., SQL, JavaScript) is a plus.
