improvement.• Develop and implement quality control systems, test cases, and performance
metrics.• Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with company and
regulatory requirements.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and quality.• Document and report defects, errors, and non-compliance issues with corrective
action plans.• Perform root cause analysis and suggest preventive measures to minimize future
errors.• Provide training and guidance to teams on quality assurance best practices.• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to quality
assurance.

Requirements• Proven experience in a Quality Analyst, Quality Assurance, or related role.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies such as
Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO standards.• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and quality monitoring tools.• Excellent communication and documentation skills.• Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
