Salary - £29,802.24 plus Veolia benefits

Hours - 48 per week - Monday to Friday, working on a two week shift rota

Days 06:00-15:00 (14:00 finish on a Friday) 

Afternoons 14:00-Midnight (22:00 finish on a Friday)

A weekend rota 

Location: Mansfield Material Recovery Facility, NG19 0FL

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the MRF Plant equipment including quality control.

  • Liaise with the facilities managers to maintain efficient and effective operations 

  • Ensure materials are processed to achieve maximum margin on sellable recyclables

  • Assign work to production team and supervise their activities

  • Audit the plant and employees - PPE, quality, quantity etc

  • Control the acceptance, storing, and loading of MRF materials to ensure compliance with the site permit

  • Report and respond to plant emergencies, as required


What are we looking for?

  • Quality control experience

  • People management experience

  • Analyst/sampling experience

  • Mobile plant licences
