Role: Quality Technician - Tasting Room
Location: Kitt Green, Wigan UK
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8-4:00pm
Salary: £15.79 hourly.

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-driven and organised individual to join our Tasting Room Operations team! As a key player in our quality control process, you'll play a vital role in supporting the assessment of finished products before they hit the market. Your attention to detail will ensure that every product meets our high standards, and your efficiency will help us meet our business goals.
This role forms part of our Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) structure on site and offers a great springboard into future positions within both your immediate team and wider - come kick-off your career with one of the world's best loved Food & Beverage brands here at Kraft-Heinz!

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the smooth operation of our tasting room, enabling our team to evaluate products with precision and speed;
- Collaborate with the quality and R&D teams to ensure timely and accurate sampling and analysis;
- Master the art of sample management: identify, locate, and obtain quarantined and standard goods using our SAP database;
- Pack, label, and dispatch samples with precision, using our pallet truck transport facility to get them to the right destination.
- Support tasting room operations to ensure smooth product assessment;
- Collaborate with quality and R&D teams for timely sampling and analysis;
- Identify and locate quarantined and standard goods using SAP database;
- Obtain and prepare samples for analysis;
- Pack, label, and dispatch samples to Quality and R&D teams;
- Use pallet truck transport facility to transport samples;
- Ensure accurate sample data and matching requests;
- Meet business requirements for timely product release;
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail;
- Work efficiently to meet business goals and deadlines.
Expected Experience and Required Skills
- Working experience in a similar background;
- Proficient in digital literacy, including Office and SAP (training provided);
- Excellent communication skills;
- A strong knowledge of food safety and quality risks;
- FLT license desirable (but not essential).
- Please note - this is a physical role that will require a degree of manual lifting.
