Dandy is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our inclusive and growing venture backed company. In this role, you will own key coordination activities, support an exceptional candidate experience including in office interviews, and partner closely with our Recruiters and Recruiting Operations team as we scale.

You will collaborate with Recruiters and cross functional partners to schedule interviews and manage interview logistics, streamlining the process and facilitating candidate experience in our London office. As part of our Recruiting Operations work, you will contribute to building and optimising our Ashby ATS. You will also engage in recruiting projects and initiatives focused on inclusive hiring, candidate engagement, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone with one or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar role within a fast growing environment. You are highly detail oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and able to navigate ambiguity while ramping quickly with available support. You enjoy building processes from the ground up, have a strong growth mindset, and bring a consistent record of professional and or academic achievement. You communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of an organization and are proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment. Experience with Ashby is a plus.


This is a London based hybrid role, primarily remote with occasional in office work. This is an hourly contract position. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
