iKnowHow Group is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions group of companies operating internationally for approximately 23 years.

In the past few years, our HR team has played a crucial role in supporting a workforce that has grown by over 80%. As we enter 2025, with new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics, our Talent Acquisition Team is also growing.

We are now looking for a Recruiting Intern, who will support our recruitment process for various technical roles. This internship offers valuable exposure to the talent acquisition field and the opportunity to develop skills in candidate assessment, sourcing, and communication.

*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and/or eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (*active student status)
  • Strong interest in HR and motivation to learn and grow in the field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
