We're looking for a Regional Manufacturing Systems & SAP Specialist to join our MEU MDS Manufacturing Team (Europe IT). In this role, you'll drive digital transformation across manufacturing operations in the MEU (Europe) region. Your focus will be leading IoT deployments, managing SAP implementations, and bringing Industry 4.0 to life on the plant floor. You'll align stakeholders across functions and ensure our smart factory initiatives deliver real operational value.

We're looking for a Regional Manufacturing Systems & SAP Specialist to join our MEU MDS Manufacturing Team (Europe IT). In this role, you'll drive digital transformation across manufacturing operations in the MEU (Europe) region. Your focus will be leading IoT deployments, managing SAP implementations, and bringing Industry 4.0 to life on the plant floor. You'll align stakeholders across functions and ensure our smart factory initiatives deliver real operational value.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Lead Digital Smart Factory (DSF) rollouts across MEU plants, defining governance frameworks and ensuring consistent deployment standards
- Lead or support SAP rollouts (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, MES integration) in MEU plants, coordinating with global teams to ensure smooth go-lives and user adoption
- Facilitate discussions with shopfloor leads, production leads, and IT teams; manage escalations and ensure alignment with global manufacturing standards
- Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and digital services teams to design, develop, and roll out IoT applications that improve plant performance
- Own the functional requirements for IoT and SAP implementations, translating business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, delivering on time and within budget
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing processes and systems (CPG preferred)
- Understanding of one or more SAP Manufacturing modules: Production Planning (PP/PI), Quality Management (QM), Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management (IM), or Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple workstreams
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority
- Agile, proactive mindset with resilience and adaptability
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 20-30% of the time) for plant visits and project go-lives
