At TaylorMade Golf, we are seeking a Regional Marketing Executive to join us on a 1-year contract, starting mid-July. You’ll support our network of retailers across the UK and Ireland, delivering impactful trade marketing campaigns that enhance brand presence and drive in-store performance.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced marketing team, working closely with sales teams and customers to execute marketing plans, improve the shopper experience, and support commercial success across key accounts.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating and delivering seasonal trade marketing campaigns, ensuring activity is executed consistently across key retailers in the UK and Ireland
  • Working closely with Key Account Managers to develop tailored marketing plans for major customers, including promotions, product launches and in-store visibility
  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity, from briefing assets through to production, distribution and implementation
  • Acting as a key point of contact for marketing queries from customers and internal teams, providing a responsive and solutions-focused approach
  • Reviewing in-store execution and working with sales teams to identify practical improvements to product placement, point of sale and brand presentation
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of retail events and product launches, including coordination of materials, logistics and on-site execution where required
  • Tracking marketing spend against budget and monitoring campaign performance, using data and feedback to inform future activity

  • Experience in a similar role including responsibility for account management and delivery of marketing campaigns from planning through to execution
  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of how marketing activity supports retail performance
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple activities across different timelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience of working with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with both internal teams and external contacts
  • Experience within a retail, consumer goods or sports-related environment (advantageous)
  • Passion for sport and knowledge of golf (advantageous)

Why join TaylorMade?

Joining TaylorMade means being part of a globally recognised brand that sets the standard for innovation and performance in the game. It’s an environment where people take pride in what they do, collaborate closely across teams and work together to ensure the brand is consistently represented at its very best.

In this role, you’ll play a part in bringing that to life day to day, supporting activity across retail and trade so that every touchpoint reflects the quality and reputation the brand is known for.

Alongside being part of a business with a strong identity and clear direction, we offer a competitive benefits package including private medical cover, pension, staff discount, golf club loan scheme, wellbeing contribution, and hybrid working. We also believe the little things matter and so each year you'll have your birthday day off to spend however you choose.

If this feels like a good match, we’d love to hear from you.
