We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our Munich office and lead key marketing initiatives in Germany and across Northern Europe. In this role, you will work closely with the regional sales and marketing teams to drive localized marketing strategies, build brand awareness, and generate demand through on-the-ground efforts. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in aligning field activities with business goals and delivering measurable impact across the market.


About The Role:

Responsibilities:

Field Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement localized field marketing strategies to support sales growth and pipeline generation in the Munch region.
  • Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns, events, and programs tailored to the region’s unique market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify key opportunities for engaging prospects and customers through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Manage and execute regional events, trade shows, and sponsorships to drive brand visibility and lead generation.

Demand Generation:

  • Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, interest, and engagement among target audiences.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives including email, digital, content marketing, and events to build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Identify and partner with local influencers, media outlets, and industry associations to amplify the company’s message and reach.

Market Insights & Analysis:

  • Analyze regional market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to optimize marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Leverage customer data to refine field marketing activities, improve engagement, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Regularly report on the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, using data to adjust strategies for improved outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the regional sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
  • Partner with the global marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, brand voice, and execution across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure the local market is informed of new product features, launches, and updates.

Requirements

Your Experience & Skills:



  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related marketing roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Fluency in German
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
  • Strong experience in planning and executing events, marketing campaigns, and field marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage campaigns and track performance.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
