About the Role: 

As the Regional Marketing Manager for EMEA at Zone & Co, you will be the visionary architect behind our regional marketing strategies, championing our cutting-edge SaaS solutions to captivate and engage the EMEA and APAC markets. Your mission will be to design and execute dynamic marketing campaigns that amplify our brand, generate high-quality leads, and drive our growth across the region

Responsibilities:

Campaign execution

  • Collaborate with the EMEA and APAC Sales and Channel Sales teams to create, own, and execute an integrated regional marketing plan that drives sustained pipeline growth
  • Work with product and partner marketing teams to enable channel partners with standardized campaign assets (campaign in a box, etc.) to drive consistent messaging, co-selling motions, and demand generation activities
  •  Establish campaign and program objectives, target audiences, channels, and the optimal marketing mix to achieve your campaign or program goals

Campaign development

  • Understand Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer personas, and customer journeys by region and steer the regional and vertical applications of them. 
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and independently conduct industry, vertical, and competitive research to inform the campaign plans and create briefs
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to determine the necessary content and assets required for campaigns that drive engagement and conversions

Sales enablement

  • Work with sales teams to increase demand conversion by providing strategy and tactical support
  • Monitor the flow of leads from Marketing to Sales, and partner with each function for more effective lead follow-up and demand capture

Performance & Analytics

  • Manage regional marketing budget
  • Maintain weekly KPI and ROI reporting and dashboards for review across all campaigns and regions
  • Analyze past campaign performance and identify new opportunities to improve existing marketing efforts
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a regional/field/demand generation marketing role for Europe
  • Understanding and experience working with high-touch SaaS sales motions
  • Experience running demand generation campaigns using tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom Webinar, etc.
  • Experience with a variety of demand generation approaches: digital, events, webinars, inbound, account-based marketing, etc.
  • Potential for minimal travel to support key regional events
