Every day, the world gets more digital thanks to tens of millions of developers building the future faster than ever. But with exponential growth comes exponential risk, as outnumbered security teams struggle to secure mountains of code. This is where Snyk (pronounced “sneak”) comes in. Snyk is a developer security platform that makes it easy for development teams to find, prioritize, and fix security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure — and do it all right from the start. Snyk is on a mission to make the world a more secure place by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure.

Joining Snyk means embracing our core values: One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where fostering collaboration, leading with empathy, driving business impact, and inspiring trust are at the heart of everything we do.

Our Opportunity

Snyk is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead integrated regional marketing programs across the U.S. West Coast and LATAM. This is a strategic, execution-focused role responsible for driving pipeline, increasing brand visibility, and supporting sales growth across both mature and emerging markets.

As the regional marketing lead for these territories, you’ll work cross-functionally with sales, partner, and marketing teams to develop and deliver programs tailored to enterprise and mid-market audiences. You’ll bring global campaigns to life at the regional level—through events, ABM plays, partner initiatives, and digital activations—and ensure our field presence is relevant, localized, and high-impact.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Own the planning and execution of regional marketing programs across the West Coast and LATAM—including field events, account-based marketing (ABM) plays, executive experiences, webinars, and strategic trade shows.
  • Develop and execute customized marketing plans for high-priority accounts, aligning with territory goals, sales motions, and local market dynamics.
  • Serve as the go-to marketing lead for the West Coast and LATAM teams, ensuring consistent messaging, strong program alignment, and regional relevance across all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and channel partners on co-branded campaigns, pipeline acceleration tactics, and tailored in-region experiences that resonate with enterprise and mid-market audiences.
  • Align closely with sales and leadership through regular planning, forecasting, QBR participation, and weekly syncs to stay tightly connected to pipeline goals and evolving priorities.
  • Partner with customer advocacy teams to highlight regional success stories and build trust with local prospects.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI, improve program impact, and inform future strategy.
  • Apply creativity and regional expertise to bring new, scalable ideas to market—designed to engage both technical users and executive-level buyers.
  • Own regional marketing assets such as swag, event displays, and gifting—managing inventory, ordering, shipping, and brand compliance.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and timelines to ensure high-quality, efficient execution of all regional programs.

What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management—preferably within high-growth tech or SaaS.
  • Proven success leading multi-regional or international marketing programs; experience supporting the LATAM market is strongly preferred.
  • Professional fluency in Portuguese is strongly preferred; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across sales, channel, and leadership teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance and pipeline contribution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving tech environment.
  • High attention to detail, ownership mentality, and a proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated cultural agility and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse geographies, languages, and time zones.
