The Role:
As the Regional Marketing Manager for EMEA and APAC, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns aimed at driving pipeline generation in the EMEA and APAC regions. In addition to collaborating closely with sales teams to create integrated marketing strategies, you will monitor pipeline generation across all lead sources, including partner, sales, marketing, and customer success. You will also organize and support tactics that influence pipeline growth in areas outside traditional marketing. This high-visibility role requires effective cross-functional collaboration and strong leadership to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the regional marketing plan for EMEA and APAC, ensuring alignment with global objectives and sales goals.
  • Pipeline Generation & Monitoring: Oversee pipeline generation across all lead sources (partner, sales, marketing, and customer success) and ensure consistent tracking and reporting. Identify gaps and opportunities in pipeline health and drive initiatives to influence pipeline generation beyond traditional marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Pipeline Influence: Collaborate closely with Account Executives, VP of Sales, EMEA, and Customer Success to develop tactics that generate and accelerate pipeline outside of marketing, including leveraging partnerships and customer success programs.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators and marketing ROI for the region. Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing programs.
  • Funnel Management: Ensure pipeline progression from lead generation to conversion, collaborating with sales to maximize bookings.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, and content teams to execute campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on regional market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and capitalize on growth opportunities.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries, with experience managing regional campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, digital marketing, events, and webinars.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with senior leadership, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Ability to influence others' behavior and decision-making, even when they are not direct reports.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tools: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
