Role Summary
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and developing the quality management system at plant level to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and internal standards. Actively works with management and the quality team to ensure high levels of product and service through training, audits and continuous improvement.
Your Role

Works with plant management to implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with customer, regulatory, ISO 9001 and internal standards.

Manages the Quality and Indirect Manufacturing Control team, ensuring their professional growth, training and motivation to achieve high performance.

Organizes and coordinates internal, customer and external quality audits, including related documentation and systems access.

Establishes and monitors performance metrics, evaluates trends, and utilizes continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, RCA) to optimize quality and cost.

Manages corrective action system, analyzes non-conformances and customer complaints, and proposes preventive and corrective actions.

Works with Purchasing and Corporate Quality to qualify and manage suppliers and supports the implementation of plant quality goals.
Your Profile
-
BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 8-10 years relevant experience

Advanced knowledge of the English

Demonstrated experience managing/supervising a quality team

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME, NUPIC, AS9100 and other relevant industry codes and standards

Based on business or customer needs, you may experience 40% travel, which could include international travel
