Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager, Corporate Enterprise to drive net new logo acquisition and expand our presence in the UK corporate enterprise market. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic go-to-market plans, and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with deep corporate enterprise sales expertise, a strong network, and a track record of closing complex, high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new corporate enterprise customers and expand market share in the UK.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a small team of corporate enterprise account executives to consistently exceed sales targets.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers at large corporate organisations.

  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and contract closure.

  • Establish and optimise sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to accelerate deal velocity and increase conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and maximise customer engagement.

  • Analyse sales performance metrics and market trends to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in corporate enterprise sales, driving strategic net new logo acquisition through focused leadership and innovative go-to-market execution

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with large organisations

  • Strong experience selling complex solutions to FTSE companies.

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams.

  • Deep understanding of corporate enterprise sales methodologies, including consultative selling and strategic account planning.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
