Your Role
As a Partner Account Manager at RoomPriceGenie, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our active partners worldwide. Acting as the key liaison between our partners and internal teams, you will work closely with sales to drive commercial success and with technical teams to enhance integrations. Your goal is to ensure partners maximize the value of their collaboration with RoomPriceGenie while supporting our strategic growth objectives.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and Develop Partner Relationships

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring strong, productive relationships.

Conduct regular business reviews to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives, joint value propositions, and expansion strategies.

Handle both - commercial and technical inquiries; ensuring that our partners receive the support they need.
Drive Commercial Growth

Work with the sales team to align partner activities with revenue goals and market expansion strategies.

Identify opportunities for partners to generate new business and enhance RoomPriceGenie’s presence in key markets.

Optimize and negotiate partnership agreements to maximize value for both parties.

Monitor commercial performance metrics to track partner contribution and identify areas for improvement.
Support and Enhance Technical Integrations

Work closely with RoomPriceGenie’s product and development teams to ensure seamless technical onboarding and integration of partners.

Identify and upgrade existing integrations in collaboration with the product and sales teams.

Keep partners informed of product updates and enhancements that impact their integration and business strategies.
Enable Partner Success

Develop and deliver training resources to help partners effectively position and utilize RoomPriceGenie’s solutions.

Ensure partners have access to the latest industry insights, best practices, and RoomPriceGenie updates.

Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams to provide feedback, drive improvements, and maintain alignment.
Monitor and Report on Partnership Performance

Track key performance indicators, including partner engagement, revenue impact, and integration success.

Analyze data to identify high-potential partners, areas for optimization, and best practices for partnership growth.

Contribute to internal reporting and strategy development to continuously enhance RoomPriceGenie’s partnership program.
Your Profile

C2-level English proficiency: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with partners and internal teams.

Currently based in CET timezone: Able to work efficiently within the CET timezone, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with partners and colleagues across regions.

Experience in partner management: 3+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or business development within a SaaS or hotel tech company.

Technical knowledge: Understanding of technical integrations and APIs, with experience working alongside engineering teams.

Commercial mindset: Strong proven track record of managing and growing revenue-driven partnerships.

Data-driven approach: Proficiency in working with KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and optimize strategy.

Collaborative spirit: Excellent relationship management skills, with the competence to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and development teams.

Effective communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.

Self-motivated and organized: Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple partner accounts.
