We’re looking for a Renewals Manager to help us grow our revenue base and maintain best-in-class retention across EMEA. You’ll own a portfolio of 150+ enterprise renewals and act as the main contact for your customers, bringing a customer success mindset to every conversation.
Working closely with Customer Success and Account Executives, you’ll own the renewal process end to end, from strategy and planning through negotiation and contract execution. Your goal is on-time renewals and strong dollar-over-dollar renewal rates, and you’ll use each renewal as a chance to identify and drive upsells.

About your skills:

Account Management
Managing a portfolio of 150+ enterprise renewals while coordinating with Customer Success, Account Executives, Finance and Legal to meet customer needs.
Customer Retention
Building lasting customer relationships and spotting at-risk accounts early, so that every renewal drives repeat business and loyalty.
Account Strategy
Planning renewal scenarios with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to maximise retention, multi-year commitments and growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of 150+ enterprise customers, from early planning through contract execution
  • Build renewal strategies with the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive for each client, engaging customers early to drive on-time renewal and growth
  • Close multi-year subscription renewals and identify upsell opportunities alongside Customer Success and Account Executives
  • Negotiate terms directly with customers’ procurement, legal and finance teams, and spot at-risk accounts early to retain them
  • Prepare proposals, renewal rate calculations and contracts, working with Finance and Legal to make sure everything is accurate and in line with company policy
  • Maintain a 4-month rolling forecast in Salesforce and report to senior management on goal attainment, with recommended course corrections

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of B2B SaaS renewals experience working with enterprise customers
  • Proven track record managing a large book of business, closing renewals, driving growth with Sales colleagues, and spotting at-risk accounts early to prevent churn
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and work through contract and budget processes while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise multiple competing deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce (Gainsight is a plus)
  • Experience working across teams in fast-paced environments and helping build scalable processes
