The Role
 
As a Workforce Analyst, you will be responsible for scheduling and planning teams' daily workflows. You will be working in close communication with all relevant teams involved in our products. The role requires a combination of good planning and organizational skills. Focused greatly on content distribution, work schedule optimization, hours distribution, and database compilation.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of long-term FT/PT shift scheduling based on monthly content needs.
  • Plan and track vacation targets.
  • Process and manage sick leave records.
  • Coordinate training schedules aligned with predefined coverage targets.
  • Analyze and track transferred content monthly.
  • Collect and consolidate data for the Workforce Team’s monthly report.
 
Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Resilience and focus in high-pressure environments.
  • Competency in data collection and reporting.
