- Take ownership of long-term FT/PT shift scheduling based on monthly content needs.
- Plan and track vacation targets.
- Process and manage sick leave records.
- Coordinate training schedules aligned with predefined coverage targets.
- Analyze and track transferred content monthly.
- Collect and consolidate data for the Workforce Team’s monthly report.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
