  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives as required

About You

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Curious and proactive, with a willingness to ask questions and learn quickly

  • Comfortable working with HR systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Emotionally mature, objective, and able to remain professional in sensitive situations
  • Adaptable, coachable, and motivated by continuous improvement
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the resilience to work in a fast-paced environment
