About the Role

Are you passionate about turning data into decisions and optimising the way teams work together? We’re looking for a curious, detail-driven, and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our high-performing RevOps team and help power the next phase of Triptease’s growth.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving revenue efficiency and effectiveness through insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and process optimisation. Reporting directly to our Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to improve cross-functional alignment and enable smarter, faster decision-making.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who:

  • Thrives on solving complex, high-impact problems
  • Loves working with data to uncover trends and influence strategy
  • Gets excited by process improvement and collaborative teamwork
  • Wants to contribute directly to a fast-growing, global business

If you're looking to grow your skills in a dynamic environment and play a key role in shaping our revenue engine — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll help drive smarter decisions and improve efficiency across our commercial teams through data, insight, and process improvements.

  • Analyse complex data to uncover trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Identify gaps in sales and marketing processes and recommend improvements using GTM best practices.
  • Monitor key metrics like ARR, CAC, churn, LTV, and sales bookings to track business performance.
  • Evaluate sales effectiveness by tracking conversion rates, sales cycles, and quota attainment.
  • Assess the impact of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
  • Optimise the full sales funnel — from lead to close — by identifying and improving bottlenecks.
  • Combine commercial, churn, and product data to inform GTM strategy.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data across systems and support reporting accuracy.
  • Build and improve dashboards that deliver insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to improve alignment and execution.
  • Support the rollout of revenue tools, AI initiatives, and GTM improvements.
  • Provide day-to-day support to stakeholders, including quote approvals and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Manage the contract-to-close process for accurate sales bookings.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, or as a Data Analyst supporting commercial teams — ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and Salesforce; able to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable with GTM tools and AI-driven platforms (e.g. Clay, ChatGPT, Outreach.io).
  • Commercial mindset with a solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels, KPIs, and revenue metrics.
  • Confident working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Exposure to pricing, forecasting, or quota-setting
  • Proficiency in Python for automation and data workflows

Our tech stack includes: Salesforce, Hubspot, Clay, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Make.com, and more.
