At Dscout, we’re building the most flexible and powerful UX research platform on the market—trusted by the world’s top brands in finance (JP Morgan Chase, Intuit, Charles Schwab, PayPal), healthcare (Aya, Headspace), consumer goods (Keen, Verizon, Target, Northface), and tech (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Meta, Spotify, AirBnB). Our tools help teams deeply understand the humans behind their products, so they can build better ones. We are expanding our smart and driven team and would love for you to join us.

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our RevOps team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll work alongside our Salesforce Administrator and Senior RevOps Analyst to support our go-to-market operations. A key focus of this role is helping drive AI adoption within RevOps by identifying opportunities to automate workflows, enhance data insights, and integrate AI-powered tools across the revenue stack.

This role combines pipeline and sales analysis, Salesforce dashboard creation, and sales tool support across our revenue stack. You'll support sales meetings with performance analysis, build and maintain dashboards, help automate reporting processes with AI, assist with commission plan data, and serve as Level 1 support for dashboard maintenance, reporting, tooling, and general FAQs. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a working knowledge of Salesforce, hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, and a passion for optimizing processes that drive sales and revenue growth.

What you’ll do:
AI & Automation

  • Apply AI tools (including Claude Cowork) to RevOps workflows to automate and streamline reporting and processes
  • Stay informed and help to coordinate on AI integrations within Salesforce and contribute to initiatives being built across teams, including Salesforce MCP (Model Context Protocol) efforts

Salesforce & Systems

  • Support CRM workflows, data integrity, and user requests—contributing to configuration and process improvements across sales and other internal teams
  • Work with sales teams to understand quoting needs and partner with the Salesforce Admin on CPQ process improvements to support accurate, efficient quoting (experience preferred, not required)
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs across pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM management and data entry
  • Conduct regular data audits and help enforce CRM hygiene standards
  • Provision and de-provision users, manage profiles, and maintain role hierarchies and permissions
  • Support our Salesforce Administrator with day-to-day Salesforce responsibilities, including creating custom fields, workflows, and validation rules as a junior member of a small admin team

Reporting & Analytics

  • Support sales meetings with pipeline and sales performance analysis pre-read prep
  • Support the distribution of commission plan data and statements
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy
  • Provide Level 1 support for all sales needs related to dashboard maintenance, reporting, tooling, and general FAQs
  • Assist in process documentation across the RevOps team

What you need to have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance/accounting, or a related function
  • Salesforce CRM experience required; comfortable working within an existing Salesforce org, contributing to configuration and reporting (Admin certification a plus)
  • Solid experience, and interest in, the use of AI (specifically Claude Cowork and/or Claude Code) to automate reporting and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AI features or MCP integrations a strong plus
  • CPQ experience preferred (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or similar)
  • Familiarity with SQL or relational database concepts preferred, comfort querying data to support analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency with reporting and data analysis; experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker, etc.) a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a collaborative working style
  • Clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate operational needs into actionable solutions
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred
Of course, what is outlined above is an ideal set of expectations; however, business needs and other projects and tasks may shift, and additional tasks could be assigned at the discretion of your manager.
