Hours:12 month fixed term contract. 35 hours per week. Hybrid working, however an expectation of once a month on site at our Head Office in Skipton for key project activity.

Salary:£60,000 Per Annum

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Reward Senior Data Analyst to join our People Team on a fixed-term basis.  

 

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering data-led insights and recommendations that influence how we reward and recognise our people. From supporting salary reviews and bench-marking activities to optimising our benefits data and systems, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a purpose-led organisation.  

 

The core role of our Reward & Governance team, is to deliver a reward strategy that will attract, retain, and recognise our colleagues. We’re currently working on several innovative projects to develop and future-focus reward at Skipton – so now is an exciting time to join our team and really be part of something!

What Will You Be Doing? 

 

As a Reward Senior Data Analyst, you will be joining a dedicated team consisting of specialists in compensation, benefits, pensions, governance, and regulatory reward.  

 

Working across the full range of Reward and Governance accountabilities, you will work closely with the wider People team as well as leaders across the entire organisation  

 

You will have the opportunity to: 

 

  • Support the annual reward cycle, including salary and bonus processes, through data modelling, insights and reporting. 
  • Conduct market bench-marking and analysis using external salary survey data to ensure competitiveness and fairness. 
  • Analyse internal and external reward data to support policy decisions and strategic recommendations. 
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track reward trends and monitor effectiveness.  
  • Maintain and update reward-related data within our HR systems and ensure accuracy across processes. 
  • Support the delivery of cyclical benefits activities, such as renewals and enrolments. 
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and other People teams to respond to queries and provide insights. 
  • Play a key role in Workday reward configuration, testing and process improvements. 
  • Ensure reward-related data and processes meet compliance, audit and GDPR requirements. 

 

What Do We Need From You? 

 

To be successful in this role you’ll need: 

 

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Experience working with HR systems; Workday experience is particularly desirable. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret large, complex data sets. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to present data-driven insights. 
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and share ideas. 
  • Prior experience supporting reward, benefits, or HR analytics activities (in-house or consultancy).
