Salary: Starting from £29,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Location: Seafield, Billingham, Edinburgh, Hatton (Dundee) (Rotational around Scotland/North West)

Programme Duration: 2-year programme

Candidate shortlisting will take place on w/c 30th of September and assessment days will take place between w/c 7th and 14th of October 2024.

During this programme, you’ll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we’ll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You’ll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

What you'll be doing;

- Take the initiative to research options and identify potential solutions from within the industry as well as from other sectors around the world.

- Support the business in meeting contractual and regulatory requirements.

- Develop project deliverables and progress projects through the full lifecycle: feasibility, development, implementation and handover, involving scoping, design, management of supply chain and handover to the user. 

- Work directly with engineers and operators on the plant, supporting operational and maintenance activities.

- Stakeholder management and management of contractors.

- You will gain valuable exposure to all aspects of a commercial water company as well as Veolia’s significant Industrial Services and Energy offerings with the potential opportunity for front-line management experience.

What we're looking for;

- Degree level qualification in any Engineering or Environmental discipline (to be achieved by September 2025)

- Willingness to learn new things and develop

- An enthusiastic, creative and solution-oriented thinker

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to travel
