As RtR Controlling Lead you will be responsible for acting as day to day central coordinators across relevant stakeholders (Controllership on BU level); Business Partners and MGSF (Mars Global Services Finance) . The primary responsibility of the role is to lead the coordination, oversight and ownership of the execution and completeness of the period end close process, Balance Sheet analysis, cooperation with 3rd part operations provider, ensure the quality of financial data.
What would be your key responsibilities?

Cooperating with R2R Senior Manager to develop the Target Operating Model and Roadmap to its achievement.

Supporting transitioning the service over time to the Target Operating Model.

Supporting stakeholder engagement and change management to enable change.

Supporting transformation/transition through Health Checks, Process Definition Assessments, partner with RtR Senior manager to co-create the most efficient and optimal organization and ensure quality transfer of activities from the segment to MGSF, as well new approach for PEC In co-operation with Controllership.

Managing the period and year-end close processes ensuring all deadlines are met and that the accounts reflect the appropriate position for Country/Segment

Ensuring timely delivery of global deadlines, completion of all periodic, quarterly and annual corporate submissions.

Organizing Periodical closing (monthly, quarterly, year-end) timetable and manage Genpact team to deliver accurately and on time.

Preparing periodical results and discuss with unit/segment/cluster Controller and CFO to highlight risks and opportunities and report deviations vs targets. Prepares on regular basis Balance Sheet Review.

Challenging existing processes and systems on effectiveness and efficiency, recommending and implementing improvements, actively cooperate with GPO organization.

Ensuring an adequate internal control environment as well as make recommendations regarding improvements of Internal Controls.

Performing complex ad hoc financial analysis, as required.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within R2R, aiming to deliver efficiencies in operations.
What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
-
5+ years of business experience with deep understanding of our finance processes and systems.

CPA or MBA is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of General Accounting best practices, processes, and internal controls.

Experience with structuring and managing projects/project management skills is a plus.

Fluency in English.
