As a Sales Assistant based in Ross on Wye, you’ll be responsible for:
Serving customers at the trade counter, understanding their needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
Building strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, enhance the customer experience, and maximise lifetime value.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes promptly, courteously, and with a proactive approach.
Supporting general warehouse duties, including booking in stock, putting stock away, and picking and packing customer orders.
Driving a 3.5T van to deliver orders to customers within the local area.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am to 5.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
A full UK Driving Licence.
Prior industry/merchant experience would be advantageous.
Previous face-to-face sales and customer service experience.
Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
