Your Mission

As an Sales AI & Tech Specialist, reporting into the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our marketing and sales operations, ensuring that our core CRM, sales engagement, intelligence, and AI-enabled tools are operating at peak performance. Your mission is to optimize our marketing and sales workflows, lead management processes, campaign effectiveness, and prospecting productivity through expert administration and innovative use of systems, automation, and AI. By doing so, you will empower our marketing, SDR, and sales teams to achieve their goals with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain key SDR & Sales operational tools, including, Gong, Clay, Nooks, AI-enabled prospecting tools, and other automation platforms to ensure data integrity, seamless integrations, and optimal performance
  • Create, update, and optimize SDR & Sales workflows, lead scoring models, AI-assisted prioritization, sequencing logic, and automation processes to enhance prospecting efficiency and conversion
  • Develop and manage lead enrichment, routing, segmentation, and AI-driven signal processes, ensuring SDR and sales teams receive high-quality, actionable prospect data aligned with campaign and pipeline goals
  • Identify and implement SDR & Sales process improvements across systems, outreach workflows, AI-enabled tooling, and reporting to drive higher productivity and operational scalability
  • Partner with SDR and Sales leadership to ensure lead data, insights, call intelligence, AI-generated signals, and activity metrics from Gong, Clay, Nooks, Salesforce, and related tools are accurately captured, analysed, and leveraged
  • Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement to SDRs, sales, and Marketing team members on best practices across Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, Clay, AI tools, and related operational processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SDR & Sales-related tooling issues, AI tool adoption, system improvements, troubleshooting, and cross-team operational alignment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic familiarity with core SDR & Sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Nooks, or AI-enabled prospecting platforms, with a strong willingness to develop deeper expertise
  • Some exposure to data enrichment, segmentation, prospecting, or AI tools, or eagerness to learn how they support SDR & Sales efficiency
  • Ability to work collaboratively with SDRs, Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to support smooth lead flow, handoffs, and tool adoption
  • Curious, analytical mindset with the ability to learn how to interpret performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and enthusiasm for learning new systems, AI tools, workflows, and best practices in SDR & Sales tech Operations

The annual salary range for this role is EUR 32,000 - EUR 41,000 (gross) (Spain) and EUR 20,000 - EUR 28,000 (gross) (Bulgaria) . This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Nuvei and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
