Sales Consultant Marella - Harvey Nichols Edimburgh

We are currently seeking Full-Time Sales Consultants for Marella in Harvey Nichols Edimburgh.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
  • Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
  • Clientele activities
  • Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;
  • Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;
  • Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Deals with customer queries and complaints;
  • Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store;

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have relevant experience in retail or a similar 'service' sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service
  • Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals and
  • Continuously maintain high standards.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience is a minimum
