Sales Consultant Marella - Harvey Nichols Edimburgh
We are currently seeking Full-Time Sales Consultants for Marella in Harvey Nichols Edimburgh.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
- Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
- Clientele activities
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;
- Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;
- Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Deals with customer queries and complaints;
- Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store;
The ideal candidate will:
- Have relevant experience in retail or a similar 'service' sector.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service
- Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals and
- Continuously maintain high standards.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is a minimum
- Natural cheerfulness and courtesy
- Strong customer orientation
- Tension towards results (achieving and exceeding sales objectives)
- Passion for styling and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Propensity to use digital tools
- Desire to increase your sales skills
