At Stryker, we’re driven by a powerful mission: to make healthcare better. As one of the world’s leading medical technology companies, we innovate daily to improve patient outcomes. When you join us, you become part of a team dedicated to transforming lives through cutting-edge products, technology, and collaboration.

Role Overview

You will support our Endoscopy Sales Representatives in building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders. Working closely alongside experienced sales professionals, you will help drive customer education, engagement, and ultimately business growth. This role offers a fantastic entry point into med-tech sales, giving you hands-on experience across theatre environments while you learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing a growth plan for a defined territory (Scotland)

  • Support the organisation and delivery of training sessions and workshops on Stryker’s Endoscopy Visualisation products to surgeons, nurses, and theatre practitioners.

  • Manage day-to-day account activities: addressing stock and instrument needs and ensuring customers have what they need.

  • Help maintain strong customer service levels by building relationships with hospital staff, understanding their needs, and responding to their requests promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor consignment stock levels, conduct theatre audits, and use digital tools (e.g., iPad app) to manage inventory.

  • Assist with product trials and evaluations in clinical settings.

  • Collaborate on business planning: record customer interactions, set weekly/monthly goals, and prioritise opportunities.

  • Uphold Stryker’s ethical standards in all interactions, acting with integrity, respect, and professionalism.

What You’ll Learn

  • Sales fundamentals: from pitching and negotiating to closing and territory management.

  • The science behind endoscopy equipment, including devices, consumables, and systems.

  • How to run engaging and effective workshops and surgical training.

  • Inventory management and hospital supply chain logistics.

  • How to support product evaluations and trials in real clinical environments.

Who You Are

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in science, business, or a related field — or have equivalent professional experience.

  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus

  • Strong commercial awareness and willingness to learn.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • A genuine interest in anatomy, physiology, and healthcare.

  • Highly motivated: a self-starter with ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel across your territory.

What We Offer

  • Structured in-house training programme (product & sales).

  • A clear sales career path with uncapped earning potential.

  • Company car (or allowance), mobile phone, iPad, and laptop.

  • Competitive bonuses and commission.

  • Benefits package including healthcare, wellness programmes, family leave, and social activities.

  • The opportunity to work on world-class products that genuinely impact patient lives.
