Job Summary 

We are looking for a high-energy, native-level German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join a globally established B2B sales powerhouse. This role is perfect for an ambitious professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and wants to bridge the gap between sales development and account management. As a critical member of the expanding team, you will be responsible for driving high-quality engagement within the DACH region, representing world-class SaaS products, and providing exceptional service to a sophisticated client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound sales strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the German market.
  • Manage client accounts with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Balance sales outreach with client management, ensuring equal proficiency in both areas.
  • Utilize Salesloft and Salesforce to manage pipelines, document interactions, and optimize the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to meet departmental KPIs and drive revenue growth.
  • Multitask across various projects while maintaining a high standard of delivery and organization.

Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
  • Current residency in the UK or Europe with the right to work.
  • Proven experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) sector.
  • Immediate availability to start (Targeting a June 3rd start date).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • An ambitious "can-do" attitude with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience or background in Engineering.
  • Prior experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR roles).
  • Strong background in customer service or dedicated client management.
