Your mission
As part of the Sales Development team supporting the Nordics, you will help drive pipeline growth across the region — you are the engine of our growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for future customers, sparking curiosity, building trust, and qualifying opportunities that drive our business forward. This role is heavily focused on outbound pipeline generation, making you a key contributor to our GTM success in the region.

What you will do

  • Drive New Pipeline (Outbound First): Proactively reach out to target accounts using calls, emails, sequences, social selling, and creative outbound tactics.
  • Engage & Qualify Prospects: Run high‑quality conversations to understand needs, challenges, and timing - ensuring only strong, well‑qualified opportunities are passed to Sales.
  • Secure Discovery Calls: Identify and engage decision‑makers to book impactful discovery meetings aligned to our GTM strategy, ensuring these conversations lead to well‑qualified opportunities that move into pipeline for the sales team.
  • Support Inbound: Provide timely follow‑up and qualification on inbound leads assigned to you, ensuring excellent prospect experience and clean routing.
  • Use Modern Sales Tools: Work efficiently within our GTM stack - including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and more - to research, personalize outreach, and operate at scale.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Partner teams to share insights, refine messaging, and improve funnel performance.
  • Represent the M‑Files Brand: Support events, webinars, and prospect‑facing activities (virtual or onsite), contributing to brand visibility and pipeline creation.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Native‑level Danish is preferred; proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian is considered an asset.
  • Excellent English communication skills for effective internal collaboration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Rep in B2B tech/SaaS.
  • Comfortable with CRM and modern sales tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding ways to reach and engage prospects.
  • Self‑driven, accountable, and confident working remotely within an international team.
  • Passionate about building relationships and providing real value — not just hitting numbers.

Location: Hybrid role based in the Nordic region, with the option to work remotely or from our offices in Oslo or Stockholm. Proximity to either location is a plus.
