Responsible for engaging and qualifying leads, setting appointments for account executives, and meeting KPIs in a sales development role.
Job Description
- Responding, engaging and qualifying inbound leads and inquiries.
- Contacting potential prospects through various channels including cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Creating target prospects lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Gathering relevant information to understand how prospects and their businesses work and how the platform can meet their needs.
- Setting demos and appointments for the account executives when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
- Acting as an expert and representation of the clients offerings/solutions and the industry.
- Meeting the KPIs and metrics set up for the role
Who we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of Outbound experience in lead qualification, in B2B SaaS organization preferably in eCommerce, Logistics or Payments space,
- Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for a senior role
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, and other various systems for workflow execution
- Detail-oriented and meticulous; enjoys researching and communicating with prospects, creating sales opportunities, problem-solving through our product solutions and being challenged
- Ability to prioritise and communicate expectations around timeframe and scope
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the marketing team
- Works well under pressure, with the ability to identify and communicate issues quickly
- High resilience in overcoming challenges in the day to day of an SDR
