Job Description

As the Cybersecurity Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Pre-Sales teams by developing and executing strategic enablement initiatives that enhance pipeline generation, sales execution, and deal closure.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Technology Enablement Team Leads, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to refine and scale enablement programs that drive measurable business impact. You will take ownership of global sales enablement, ensuring alignment with company objectives while continuously optimizing programs based on data and field insights. Additionally, you will spearhead the evolution of sales messaging frameworks, ensuring consistent and compelling articulation of the Armis cybersecurity and risk value proposition.

This is a highly hands-on role. You won’t just design enablement strategies—you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and executing them. Success in this role means being in the trenches with the sales team, leading by doing, and demonstrating a deep personal ownership of both strategy and execution.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a passion for sales excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where feedback fuels continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboarding & Ramping: Own and enhance the Sales new hire portion of our Armis Ignite onboarding program, ensuring new Sales team members ramp quickly, effectively, and are equipped for long-term success.

  • Pipeline & Champion Strategy: Develop and optimize global enablement programs focused on pipeline creation, champion engagement, and strategic multi-threading.

  • Messaging & Value Narrative: Lead sales messaging and audible-ready programs, ensuring a unified, value-driven sales narrative across all customer interactions.

  • Skills Development: Drive the strategy for sales skills development, implementing programs that improve deal execution, objection handling, and competitive differentiation.

  • Execution & Delivery: Execute hands-on enablement activities including developing and delivering training sessions, writing and administering assessments, creating content and communications, editing or coordinating video resources, and managing the day-to-day logistics of enablement programs.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, GTM Leadership, and Product Marketing to identify key enablement needs and align initiatives with business priorities.

  • Data & Insights: Leverage data and insights to refine enablement programs, measuring their effectiveness and continuously iterating for impact.

  • Field Engagement: Host regular enablement sessions and meetings, staying close to the field to gather feedback and adapt programs in real time.

  • Process Standardization: Establish global consistency in processes and best practices for pipeline execution, multi-product selling, and deal progression.

Qualifications

  • Sales Enablement & Program Management: 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or program management within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.

  • Sales Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structures, and sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.

  • Program Design & Execution: Proven ability to design, scale, and execute structured, high-impact enablement programs that drive measurable business results.

  • Messaging & Framework Development: Experience developing global sales messaging frameworks and sales plays to ensure a consistent sales voice across all channels.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, Product Marketing, and leadership teams.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics, field feedback, and performance indicators to iterate and improve enablement programs.

  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the demonstrated ability to influence and drive adoption across all levels of leadership.

  • Quota-Carrying Background: Experience in a direct quota-carrying sales role is a plus.
